The Hocking County Fair Is Just One Month Away!

One of Hocking County’s favorite traditions is almost here! The 2026 Hocking County Fair runs Monday, September 14 through Saturday, September 19, bringing together families, agriculture, local businesses, community organizations, and young people from across the county.

The Hocking County Republican Party encourages everyone to come out, enjoy the fair, and support the many exhibitors, volunteers, and organizations that make this event possible.

While you’re at the fair, be sure to stop by the Hocking County Republican Party booth.

Throughout the week, you’ll have the opportunity to meet Republican candidates, elected officials, and volunteers. Stop by to learn more about the local party and find out how you can get involved.

Support Our Junior Fair Exhibitors

We especially encourage Republicans throughout Hocking County to support our young people by attending the Junior Fair Livestock Sales.

The Junior Fair Small Animal Sale will be held Friday, September 18 at 6:00 p.m., and the Large Animal Sale will take place Saturday, September 19 at 5:00 p.m., both in the Show Arena.

These sales are a wonderful opportunity to recognize the tremendous amount of time, responsibility, and hard work our Junior Fair exhibitors have put into their projects throughout the year.

Whether you are a local business owner, community organization, or individual supporter, we encourage you to come out and bid. Supporting an animal at the livestock sale is more than making a purchase, it is an investment in the next generation of Hocking County.

The Hocking County Republican Party is proud to support our local agricultural community, 4-H and FFA members, and the families and volunteers who make the Junior Fair possible.
